It is filled with magazine quality photos, articles and recipes.
The veggies look like you could eat them right off the page!
Pages of flower seeds also
Lots of unusual tomatoes
They even have a sense of humor!
The prices of the seed packets seem competitive and if you can get hold of this catalog you are in for a visual treat!
They really go all out on their catalogs. I pour over mine every year.
ReplyDeleteEileen, I've never seen this one before, either. Always great to find another source for our gardening passions, isn't it? Thanks for the tip.
ReplyDeleteWe've been pouring over ours too! I've never ordered from there yet.
ReplyDeletegonna try!!! thanks for the tip
ReplyDeleteLona, I was surprised to get this one as I do not order many seeds.

We've ordered from Baker Creek for some time now, and I agree, their catalog is pure eye-candy! Most of the heirloom winter squash we grew as part of our field experiment this sumer were from them. They have some truly unique seeds, as well as some excellent staples too.
ReplyDeletelovely blog!! Im also a gardener and love Baker Creek!!!

This is by far my most favorite seed catalog, been reciving it for a few years now. Let me tell ya they get their orders sent FAST too. The prices are shocking cheap considering the other mail order catalogs I receive...you'd almost think they'd have to make up the difference in their seed prices....but they don't. Love Baker's Creek. I'm already making my wish list.
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen, Thanks so much for the recommendation! I flipped through the catalogue online and promptly requested one. I hope they will be able to send it up here to Canada. The magazine and book also look interesting. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkins and squash are very unusual. Loved seeing the heirloom tomatoes as well. I also have been enjoying perusing the garden catalogs and have my lists made.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Eileen!
Beth
Must comment first on the summer pictures and the NOW pictures of your garden. While we know it to be expected, it is still amazing to me on how a garden looks in full bloom vs. the winter garden.
ReplyDeleteThe catalog is new to me as well. Must try and get it for those heirloom tomatoes.
